To maintain the price integrity of our licensed costumes in the market, Rubies II, LLC has established a strict policy concerning marketplace sellers. Every customer selling on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart.com, etc will be asked to sign an agreement to not sell any of our licensed products on any marketplace site. If they choose not to sign the agreement, they may still purchase our licensed products, but they will not be eligible to receive discounts. This will be policed and enforced. Any account violating this agreement will no longer be permitted to purchase licensed products from Rubies II, LLC/Ruby Slipper Sales. As well, they will forfeit their discounts on ALL their purchases, including generic items. Please note that all marketplace sellers are permitted to purchase NONLICENSED products from Rubies II, LLC/Ruby Slipper Sales, with the ability to earn all discounts. Again, this is for NON-LICENSED products only. DISCOUNTS:
All customers who DO NOT SELL ANY OF OUR LICENSED PRODUCTS ON ANY MARKETPLACE, who are invoiced $50,000 or more, will receive a one-time 5% Volume Rebate to be issued as a credit on their account at the end of the year. Account must be in good standing to receive the rebate. Accounts who do not pay their invoice on time will forfeit this discount.All customers placing a minimum EARLY BUY order of $5,000 (order to be placed before March 1, 2024), and DO NOT SELL ANY OF OUR LICENSED PRODUCTS ON ANY MARKETPLACE, will receive a 2 ½ % discount on all SHIPPED orders, issued as a rebate credit on their account at the end of the year. Account must be in good standing to receive the rebate. Accounts who do not pay their invoice on time will forfeit this discount.
