This rebate applies to all merchandise shipped for the Spring/Fall 2022 season commencing 1/1/2023 and ending 12/31/2023. Rebate % Net Sales $ 0% $0 - $2,000,000 0.5% $2,000,001 - $2,500,000 1% $2,500,001 - $3,500,000 1.5% $3,500,001 - $5,000,000 2% over $5,000,000 - Rebate will be retroactive to Dollar One. - Rebate earned is on all merchandise shipped against all paid in full balances net of all deductions. - Bad debt/late payments (beyond 60 days late) will be excluded from the calculation of the rebate. REBATE INCENTIVE TO AFFILIATE Not available at this time ADDITIONAL NOTES/COMMENTS The 2 key issues to note re InSpirit Design: - As per the Licensor there are to be no Amazon sales on the InSpirit Design Items
- InSpirit Design Licenses are good for North America only. No sales are permitted to accounts outside the US and Canada territories.
Also, Customers new to FunWorld will need to fill out the attached credit application and submit this along with their order.
Re: Suggested Items: These are noted on the order forms. They are the 1st column along the left side.
Re: Freight - FunWorld and InCharacter
- We offer free freight within the us borders on orders of $2,500 or more “per whse”
- Orders less than $2,500 will ship freight collect
- We highly recommend that members send us their Fed Ex or UPS account number for small orders less than $2,500.
- FunWorld and InCharacter can be combined on the same order and can ship together.
InSpirit Designs
- Orders are freight collect ONLY – they do not offer free freight.
- We will ship using members Fed Ex and UPS account if supplied to us.
- The minimum is $750 to place an order with InSpirit Designs.
- These items will bill and ship separate from FunWorld and InCharacter.
